To execute commands with root privileges (in the terminal), you can write sudo before commands or just the su - command su - and work as root (but this is not recommended).

The command to copy files is as follows:

 cp <файл+расширение/или путь до файла+файл+расширение> <путь куда копируем>

Example:

 sudo cp 1.txt usr/bin
