Make a file with ftp commands, for example with the name commands.ftp:

put file.txt by

Under windows:

 ftp -s:commands.ftp ftp://user:password@host

under Unix / Linux:

 ftp ftp://user:password@host < command.ftp

Paste these commands into the scheduler.

Or, in any scripting language, write an FTP exchange script and paste this script into the scheduler.
