How to make that video could not be downloaded from the site?
- 3To watch the video on the site it was possible to download and not? It seems that nothing. :-) But the Metro Goldwyn Meier studio will pay one hundred million dollars for the development of such technology without bargaining. So try it. :-) - pepsicoca1
- oneTotal DRM at every step of watching a video, from downloading encrypted content to an encrypted video stream in an HDMI cable with work only on certified software and devices) But if you are a mere mortal, then you don’t have anything shining (and you will still be able to shoot the monitor / TV on a regular video camera) - andreymal
- There is an industrial version of video encryption - pay TV channels from a dish. You can read how things are with viewing NTV + and hacking pay satellite channels. Perhaps soon there will be (if they have not already appeared) card readers for paid cards for the company that contain the key. But to record that on the "video output" vseravno possible. - nick_n_a

Zaparolte access to it and do not tell anyone the password - do not download. :)
In fact, the answer is “no way” or so. Indeed, if you transfer the video stream bytes to the client for viewing, then the client saving these bytes to his disk is only a matter of his desire (for example, youtube). From this, it would seem, a possible option is to provide everyone interested in viewing a special client that you develop yourself, and only you know how to decode / decrypt the incoming video stream. However, the development of such a client for all the many platforms available is not cheap, it means that your video display service will also cost money. Hence again there are two options: either it will not be interesting to anyone for this money, and no one will buy your service, or your client will check and write their own, free, with preservation.
- [providing all those interested in viewing a special client] You can always connect to the video output and record the video stream to disk. On the monitor, it is already unencrypted. - pepsicoca1
- @ pepsicoca1 depending on which monitor. But in the eye always goes unencrypted - yes, this is a problem. - Alexander Prokoshev
- @ pepsicoca1 on the monitor can go and encrypted ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/HDCP (yes, it says that it was hacked in 2010, but still the fact) - andreymal
- 2@ pepsicoca1 in the HDMI cable the signal is encrypted - see above - andreymal
