There is a cluster. It has two labels with the same coordinates. When changing the map scale, the cluster is divided into separate labels due to their close location.

Question: how to open the balun of one of these tags?

As far as I understand, the labels are not added to the map, since they are in a cluster, respectively, it’s impossible to open their balun with a simple myPlacemark.balloon.open() , getGlobalPixelCenter error.

It seems like you can open myMap.baloon.open() but you cannot set a balloonContentLayout class from the templateLayoutFactory

You can open the cluster balun with the selected label https://tech.yandex.ru/maps/jsbox/2.1/clusterer_balloon_open

It seems like you can open myMap.baloon.open () but you cannot set a balloonContentLayout class from the templateLayoutFactory

Sure you may. But since you set the option immediately to the balun, it will sound like this:

     contentLayout: BalloonContentLayout

    • Thank. Unfortunately, both options in my case are not suitable. I have a cluster without a balloon, and in the second case the balloonopen and balloonclose events do not work out, the close button does not work at all, and for some reason the balloon itself is not positioned along a point, but is displayed in a 150px-wide corner of the map (if you don’t set layout is positioned normally). But thanks for the advice anyway! - Pasha
    • Balloonopen and balloonclose, I do not know where you are listening to these events, but probably if it’s a balun, then it should be open and close events. Everything should work) throw an example on jsfiddle let's figure it out) - se0ga
