I work with the PHPExcel library in Wordpress. I need to read the data from the excel file, I took it from here - https://packagist.org/packages/phpoffice/phpexcel I get an error

Fatal error: Uncaught PHPExcel_Reader_Exception: Could not open http://uh214936.ukrdomen.com/barsa/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/u-14-1.xlsx for reading! File does not exist

It looks like there is no file but the file is there and it is downloaded without problems. I have the only thought about this on the server are the rights prohibiting reading files.
