there is a form on the server ( https://omemo.ca etin281/ register-on-omemo.ca ) that cannot be edited; it also has a captcha, which is not desirable to remove. on another site made a beautiful form https://monolith.plus/xmpp/xmpp-register.html
I duplicated the name of the fields (the same as on the registration site) but when sending the form, it goes to the register-on-omemo.ca page
I also want to note that I took the entire form in an i-frame, along with a captcha, in which case everything works fine, but there is also an unedited appearance that is not suitable for this.
I suspect that throws on the page because of the captcha on omemo.ca
