Hello everyone, in the layout is completely new, do not kick much if the question is basic. Faced such a problem, when you run gulp in a folder with an opencard in openserver, the IIS Windows page is displayed. 
I do not know how to fix this problem. In the vastness of Runet, there is a minimum of information and what is very isolated. The problem appeared relatively not long ago, before this the site on the opencard was installed and everything was fine, after the site was ready for production, it appeared. In normal folders, gulp opens normal site addresses. If you open the site through the tray in openserver, all good.
