Centos 7 , installed apache in mpm event mode and php-fpm
I decided to try the pm ondemand mode for php-fpm set the option
pm.process_idle_timeout = 2s I turned on the htop utility and watch the php-fpm processes. It can be seen that they are created, but not destroyed after 2 seconds, as it should be in theory ...
If we put say the option
pm.max_requests = 50 Then the processes will be gradually killed ... But why does not the pm.process_idle_timeout work?
Or globally, I do not understand something?
