on the server is a Visual SVN Server and Manager to it, on the Tortoise SVN 1.9.7 client. There are many projects, everything is perfectly fixed and updated, but with one file of the problem. It is fixed in 10% of cases, and the errors are different:

I tried to delete it and re-add it - the effect is the same. On the server, there is no antivirus.
