The TV does not play a specific mkv file, although there are no problems with other mkv files. Apparently this is due to the fact that the number of reference frames in this file is too large (12).
Can ffmpeg change this number? If possible, give an example command line.
As far as I understand, changing the number of reference frames requires recoding. What format to choose for the final file, if you want to keep the original quality and get the maximum conversion rate?
