With Visual Studio2015 I can not connect to the MySql database on Azure. C MySql Workbench turned out to connect. I also installed VS for MySql for Vs 2.0.4 and MySqk connector .net 6.8.8. Azure SDK also has version 2.9.6.

Use this format in the username section <имяпользователя@имяхоста> when connecting. Read the documentation.
