libcrypto is a library written under the GNU GPL 2.0. Are there exceptions that allow using libcrypto without opening the source code of my program and not obliging to use the GNU GPL in my program?

- @andreymal, really. There is no GPL there ... I got scared, thanks. - Pretzel

It is necessary to carefully check the info. On the request of "libcrypto license", the first link Google issues a GitHub user who has a project licensed under the GPL with a similar name. The libcrypto library is licensed by the OpenSSL License, which does not imply opening source code.
I am sorry, my cant :)
