Please tell me how to track the values of the animation at the end / start of scrolling. For understanding see figure. 
The task, at the end / start of scrolling, is to apply animation to the first or last element of the RecycleView. Animation is calculated from the tension which is in the figure. Perhaps you will prompt another solution to the problem. Thank!
