Windows 10 costs Python 3.6.7. I collect the project pyinstaller, the project is going, but with

WARNING: lib not found: api-ms-win-core-file-l2-1-0.dll

on the computer where I collect, I can run it, and on the other I get an error that the above api-ms-win-core-file-l2-1-0.dll is not found. Initially gave out much more WARNINGs, corrected them by adding

 --paths C:\Windows\WinSxS\x86_microsoft-windows-m..namespace-downlevel_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.17134.1_none_50c6cb8431e7428f

It is strange that even an empty code gives the same error. What to do?

    You can replace the path to C:\Windows\System32\downlevel\ , there are the same files + missing.
