    Files in the web / assets folder can be safely deleted; when transferring, they should be generated by the first request to the site themselves, this did not happen to you. See the AssetsBundle class and its heirs, check the paths prescribed in the class, in theory these files should lie in the web / assets / which are 755 rights. And the / assets folder does not have rights to create files. I think that's why they didn’t come about. - Dmitriy

    set permissions on the folders, first chmod -R 755 / path to the site /, then chmod -R 777 / path to the site / runtime, then chmod -R 777 / path to the site / web / assets, sorry not the first time on the web / assets 777 of course, run these 3 commands in the console and see what happens - Dmitriy
