Samsung TV 2016 saves info about channels in several sqlite files packed in zip.
The SRV table has a column srvName with the name of the channel. It seems that there should be a UTF-16BE encoding (I did not find Samsung's specs, there is only a ChanSort project on Github, which also deals with decoding such databases); but no, some kind of left dregs in this column. Each character (both Cyrillic and Latin) is encoded with 3 bytes. Here is an example:

What is this encoding? Maybe someone has a link to the specs?
