But in kde, for some reason - no.

I read that I need a transmission - set (and -qt, and -gtk). Then I learned about kdialog and the fact that chromium no longer uses it (give it gtk3 to it with qt5). Already even fully wiped the chromium, along with its cache, configs, etc; I went through incognito and all to no avail!
What the hell? Previously, everything worked perfectly (on the last kdeshka), but here such a "stone", which pretends to be a lizard.
I swear, even here I cannot attach a picture - I click "Load" and again the old way.
I have no idea what to put or change.
