It seems that in the hibernate version that pulls up in spring 2.0.5 dependencies there is no MySQL55Dialect yet. Try the new version. In my project, I updated the version of spring-boot to 2.1.2.RELEASE, the dialect pulled up without problems. Or try using MySQL5Dialect.
