npm package installation error

Trying to make my own bot on JS for Discord. When I try to install all the remaining (part was installed before these errors), the console packages swears like this. Reinstalled node.js, cleaned the cache by hook or by crook. What can save? (poproavochka: I saw a lot of solutions. The removal of the packages by npm itself does not work either. Everything happens on widnwos 10)
