Wordpress site

The text replacer program went through the site files and found a match only in 2 robots.txt and error.log files, I searched the domain name of the main site to find it and replace it with the domain name of the local server, but it did not help me,

DB I set empty. According to the idea, Wordpress should start the installation if it did not find its tables in the database.

But it simply transfers to the main domain of the site and cannot start the local site. What to do? Any ideas?
