I took an order for freelance here, I just had to fix the layout, I didn’t specify the cms, I found out that the joomla site was only when the customer sent the data from the admin panel and hosting. This is generally 1 of my first orders, so I don’t have any experience, and I can’t even figure out where the layout itself needs to be corrected, it’s supposed to be in publick_html and everything is in the 1.tolant.zip archive, but I still don’t catch up. Unfortunately, the development of Joomla in a nutshell can not be explained. In your case, I personally see two options:
- or urgently read the documentation on Joomla ( here );
- or until it is too late to return the money to the customer (if you have taken a prepayment), apologize and no longer do so.
