    The possibility is, in fact, it is a regular library (compiled source) with the connection of the library VisualPascalABCPlugins, this gives the interface for interacting with the environment from the code.

    No plugins.

    Apparently there is no need to expand the IDE, for Pascal today the main function is learning. Or a more serious version of Delphi, then you have to Embarcadero and that's another story (there are dozens tons of plug-ins / components). Or do you want to rewrite Pascal StackOverflow? but you can still connect any of the libraries to pascal itself.
