    In order to find out the alternative combination of keys on ANY character you need to go to "Пуск" => Character Map and find the necessary character there. There is also information on how to call this character. There will be written on the tilde U+007E: Tilde

    007E is the number of the character in the ASCII table, only 16ric.

    But we need the decimal number of the character, not the hexadecimal number. We translate using an engineering / programmer's calculator:
