Help me deal with bootstrap templates in django

I downloaded the template (you can see it in my dropbox) https://www.dropbox.com/sh/rteqlwm4df18qg8/AABbNEj-8KGGaKAxUGjBJTrVa?dl=0 There are several files and folders, the poppy axis does not interest me, respectively, I went to the html folder and there is such a deal.

In the django I did

pip install django-bootstrap3

respectively, in the django app news folder templates and in it the news folder in it put all html files from the template and 4 folders css fonts img js I started the server and set up yrly and views in the template

{% load bootstrap3 %} <script src="{% bootstrap_jquery_url %}"></script> {% bootstrap_javascript %} {% bootstrap_css %} 

In settings.py I connected everything (and bootstrap 3 and news) I open it in the browser and see that the fonts are pulled, but there is no js and pictures. Help if there is an opportunity and time!
