When I press Alt + Up Arrow or Down , Left , Right , as well as some other combinations, these characters appear:
All this happens in Visual Studio Community 2017 - Version 15.9.10, updates do not help
I suppose that this is not a problem of VS itself, perhaps these are special Windows characters that for some reason suddenly started working when pressing shortcuts, at the moment I cannot find how to disable it
