I recently started studying Bootstrap and decided to use the already available "startbootstrap-sb-admin-2-gh-pages" layout for more detailed study and faced with the inability to edit the Sass files there, even if they are not deleted, nothing changes and the styles are still used , but in theory the same should not be!?

scss/bootstrap.scsssince everything is tied up there on imports, mixins, etc. If that doesn't work either. Then it is better to collect your css file from scss using gulp or webpack - Dmitry Kozlov
