This is done simply:

  1. On the server side, a method is created that accepts a set of post parameters (title, text, links to files or music files themselves, videos etc)
  2. The server, accepting the request, stores the received information in the database.
  3. On the site side, an input form is created for the above lines and files.

If you need to distinguish the posts of different users - you need to configure the authentication system.
