convert src.gif -resize 400x400 dst.gif

In this case, if the picture is less than 400px, then Imagik will stretch it. And I need so that small ones (less than 400x400) do not touch, I change large ones in proportion.

     convert src.gif -resize "400x400>" dst.gif
