Getting application access key in VK

Hello everyone, I need help, I wanted to make a bot in the group in VK, but there was an error when getting the application token. I pass on this link:

(Instead of asterisks is the application ID), now when I follow this link, I get the following error:

 error: "invalid_request" error_description: "application was deleted"
