cmaple works, maplew doesn't

Maple has always worked, the key is there, but when installed on the wind10 on the laptop in the cell, it got up, and on the netbook with intrlAtom it got crooked. cmaple is working, but maplew is not !!!! Why and what to do, I ask for advice
