We look at the process that loads the system. If the process is not a system one, then go to its address and post it on VirusTotal for analysis. If this is a system process, then there are 2 options:

  1. This is how the OS works. Perhaps it performs background operations, and Win10 likes to do something in the background, for example, to eat your RAM.
  2. This is a malware (possibly a miner). It is prescribed in your system process (usually it can be svchost.exe) and is engaged in ugly activities. Killing svchost is a bad idea, the system will fall with it. Here only look for suspicious applications.

    Option 1 : Check the system with another antivirus (preferably in safe mode and another antivirus). How this is done, you can easily google. Perhaps some kind of miner sat down who is not seen by Kaspersky.
