I took the code from the previous answer, added the pupil of the eye to the rabbit. reworked the animation, taking into account the addition of the keyTimes
attribute, which sets the unevenness of the eyelid movement.
The main condition for applying this attribute is

must match.

After manipulating c by, we find out which parts of the attribute of path d
form internal openings for the left and right eyes of the black polygon.
Split the path into the outer contour and the inner holes easily calling .split('z')
on the attribute string d
Next we add 2 circles, which we will move by mouse clicks and use the 2 paths found in the previous step as the clip-path
for them.
