I created an Android app for a customer using Cordova. There was a question about creating this application for iOS. For this, I want to buy a computer based on the processor: Intel Core i5-9400F (I currently have AMD) and an iPhone. Install Windows and MacOS on VirtualBox.
I'm embarrassed that MacOS will not be officially purchased. I did not find the latest information on this issue. Can you please tell me if I can put a mobile application created on MacOS on VirtualBox and having an iPhone 6s 128GB in the Apple store?

This is the purchase of Apple equipment, since there is no other official way.
On the issue lay out - yes, you can. Some have problems with the inaccessibility of the AppStore, but are mostly solved by reinstalling with a different configuration of the virtual machine (from rumors).
The best option, perhaps, is to pick up the iron for the so-called hackintosh. At least, it will work faster and better than in a virtual machine.
But the most correct is to buy a Mac.
