The essence is as follows. The layer in which the map is displayed on a mobile phone or tablet has a full screen width (100%) and a height of more than one screen. Content is displayed on the page before and after the map layer. If I scroll the site and hit the layer, then at subsequent finger movements I scroll the map inside the container, and I can’t scroll through the layer to see the contents below / above. I tried to disable the drag property on the map ( https://tech.yandex.ru/maps/doc/archive/jsapi/2.0/ref/reference/map.behavior.Manager-docpage/ ) my_map.behaviors.disable ('drag') . The map inside the layer stops scrolling, which I would not want. What could be the solutions to the problem?
Similar to Google works correctly: if you wave around the screen quickly, the map layer scrolls to the content below / above, if you move along the container with the map more slowly, the map scrolls inside the container.
