Look here: using the MVC pattern in a small JavaScript + jQuery game .
PS In general, an ordinary website in fact is almost always a generalized MVC application (M is a database, V is page markup, J is a controller). But if the site lives entirely on the client side (which is possible for HTML5 applications), then you can artificially beat JS under MVC.
